This Policy and Customer Agreements
In the event you enter into a separate customer agreement with us ("Customer Agreement"), including without limitation the Membership Terms governing membership in the Rainmakers Association, such Customer Agreement shall take precedence over this Policy to the extent of any direct conflict between their respective terms and conditions. All non-conflicting terms of this Policy shall remain in full force and effect. The Company reserves the right to modify the application of this Policy as necessary to comply with the terms of any Customer Agreement, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
The Type of Information We Collect From You and Interest-Based Advertising

Requests to Access Personal Data

Requests to Delete Data
